As a family we have always joked about using our combined expertise to work together, so here we are!
Travel has always been an important part of our lives, with family holidays a big part of our childhood and memories as we grew up. After being placed on furlough in 2020, Hanna was given the gift of time to qualify as an Independent Travel Agent and set the wheels in motion to build something that we are all passionate about.
The rest of the 'Paynes' (pains) are working in the background for now with their expertise in marketing, communications and project management but you'll start to see them popping up on social media and maybe the website in the future.

A bit about me (the founder)
I've worked in the travel & leisure industry for the past 13 years, starting at a luxury private jet company as a Travel Consultant before moving into the hospitality industry as an Event Manager.
In 2011 I took a break to go on a trip of a lifetime backpacking for 6 months (something I could talk for hours about!) and although we had always travelled as a family, from then I was well and truly bitten with the "travel bug". Throughout my 20's I went on many adventures, including another backpacking trip across Asia in 2014 with my older sister Cara, holidays with friends I'd met across the globe and lots of solo tours!
As an Independent Travel Agent I'll do the research with you, help find the best deals and encourage you to really make the most of the country you're visiting.
In my full time role as an Event Manager I specialise in destination management and work closely with specialists in locations around the globe to create tour packages for sales incentive trips. Planning is something I do all day, every day without realising but something I am aware for others is very overwhelming, let me help take that stress away and help plan with you!
